Who is ratu89?
Ratu89 is an online entertainment platform that has been operating and serving users in Malaysia and the Southeast Asian region. We started with one simple but meaningful goal: to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online betting and gaming experience for every player — regardless of their experience level. From new players trying their luck for the first time, to seasoned players seeking competitive odds and deep markets, ratu89 is designed to meet all those needs under one digital roof.
What sets ratu89 apart from other platforms in the market is our user-centric approach built for Malaysians. We understand that local users want a platform that speaks their language, accepts the payment methods they use every day, and offers support that genuinely helps — not automated bots giving generic responses. That's why the ratu89 support team is made up of individuals who are fluent in Bahasa Melayu and understand the local context.
Our Vision & Mission
Ratu89's vision is to be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian users — not just in terms of size, but in trust, quality, and the value delivered to every member. Our mission is more practical: to bring a world-class gaming experience with a genuine local touch, ensuring every interaction with our platform — from registration to withdrawal — is seamless, secure, and satisfying.
We believe trust is not built in a day. It is built through consistent action — paying out wins on time, being fair in every game, listening to player feedback, and continuously improving the platform based on real user needs. This is the approach we have held since day one, and it will continue to guide us forward.
A Platform Built for Malaysia
Malaysia is a unique market. With its cultural diversity, multiple languages, and varied payment preferences, not every international platform can fully meet the needs of local users. ratu89 bridges this gap by offering a fully Bahasa Melayu interface, support for local payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and various Malaysian local banks — including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB.
Additionally, ratu89's promotions and offers are planned around the Malaysian calendar — including special deals for Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Malaysia Day, and high-profile sporting events such as the World Cup, SEA Games, and international badminton tournaments featuring Malaysian representatives. This is more than a marketing strategy — it's how we show that we understand and value the Malaysian player community.
Platform Security & Integrity
At ratu89, security is something we take very seriously. Our platform is protected with the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banking institutions worldwide. Two-factor authentication (2FA) ensures your account cannot be accessed without your authorisation. All games on our platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by independent auditors, guaranteeing fairness in every round.
We also adhere to responsible gaming guidelines and only allow players aged 18 and above to register and play. Self-control tools are available to all members — including deposit limits, daily or weekly loss limits, and the option to take a break from the platform if needed. Your personal data will never be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
